Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues when using tokens with INCERT, consider the following steps:

Token rejected:

  • Verify the token hasn't expired (check your project's retention period)
  • Ensure you copied the complete token string
  • Confirm you're using the correct token type for your operation

Unexpected results:

  • Review your project configuration in the Portal
  • Check that your data format matches INCERT's requirements
  • Verify you're using the right endpoint for your token type

Performance issues:

  • Consider the size of your data array per request
  • Optimise data preparation and transmission
