If you encounter issues when using tokens with INCERT, consider the following steps:
Token rejected:
- Verify the token hasn't expired (check your project's retention period)
- Ensure you copied the complete token string
- Confirm you're using the correct token type for your operation
Unexpected results:
- Review your project configuration in the Portal
- Check that your data format matches INCERT's requirements
- Verify you're using the right endpoint for your token type
Performance issues:
- Consider the size of your
dataarray per request - Optimise data preparation and transmission
